1. About Us

Dragon Tribe and DragonFire are operated by In2Infinity Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. When you make a payment, it will appear as "In2Infinity Ltd" on your statement.

2. Alpha Program Participation

As an alpha member, you understand and agree that:

• You will initially receive a dedicated container (server space) on the DragonFire mesh network
• Features, apps, and services will be rolled out progressively as development continues
• You may encounter bugs, incomplete features, or service interruptions
• Your feedback and bug reports help shape the platform's development
• The service is provided "as is" during the alpha phase

3. What You Receive

Your subscription provides:

• A dedicated container on the Luna server with your own IP address
• Access to features and apps as they become available
• 50 DragonCoins monthly for AI features (when launched)
• Membership in the founding community
• The opportunity to provide feedback that shapes development

Additional features including Dragon Chat, AI assistants, file sync, and community tools will be deployed as development progresses. There is no guaranteed timeline for specific features.

4. Subscription & Payment

Pricing:

• Monthly plan: £15/month, billed monthly
• Yearly plan: £10/month (£120/year), billed annually

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal. We do not handle cancellations directly — Stripe manages your entire subscription.

• Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Yearly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period

Refunds: Due to the nature of the alpha program and the immediate provisioning of server resources, we do not offer refunds. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.

6. Your Data & Privacy

We are committed to your privacy. Our data practices during the alpha phase:

• Account data: We store your email address for account management and communication
• Payment data: Handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store payment details
• Usage data: We may collect anonymised usage data to improve the service and identify bugs
• Your content: Data you store on your container remains on your devices and our servers as needed for the service

We do not sell your data. We do not display advertising. We do not build profiles for third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dragon Tribe for:

• Any illegal activities
• Distribution of malware or harmful content
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Attempting to compromise the security of the network
• Reselling or redistributing access without permission

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

As an alpha service:

• We do not guarantee uptime or availability
• We are not liable for data loss during the alpha period (please maintain your own backups)
• Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
